STEP. 1: LEARN ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

TUMBLING

Our tumbling program is the perfect place to start if you’re looking for something fun and challenging for your child. Our athletes work at their own pace and individual skill level during our beginner classes. Our safety-certified instructors teach by using drills and spotted skills. The goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals and work with coaches and independently to achieve those goals.

Toddler & Preschool Programming

During these classes for our youngest athletes, we focus on independent learning as well as group learning skills. Our instructors teach the fundamentals of tumbling, core strength, balance and flexibility. For our 3-6 year olds, Preschool Tumbling allows athletes to learn skills independently on the main floor with some equipment.

FLEX N STRECTCH

Build your strength and flexibility with this FLEX N STRETCH class. During this fun class, we focus on the fundamentals of core strength, balance and flexibility. Not only will you child gain core strength but they will learn focus, goal setting and build confidence.

PRESCHOOL TUMBLING

During these classes for our youngest athletes, we focus on independent learning as well as group learning skills. Our instructors teach the fundamentals of tumbling, core strength, balance and flexibility. For our 3-6 year olds, Preschool Tumbling allows athletes to learn skills independently on the main floor with some equipment.

 

 

BEGINNER TUMBLING

This is the perfect class for athletes looking to build strong fundamentals, body control, core strength, and knowledge of tumbling forms and shapes. Athletes will progress from general strength building to back/front walkover skills and how to build power in shapes and angles.

 

 

 

INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING

This class is designed to work with athletes that can already perform a standing back handspring and a round-off, back handspring without a spot on the floor. The athletes will work on transitioning from primarily single skills to sequencing skills together and not only maintaining power but building in power with each additional skill. Athletes will progress through a standing back tuck and a running layout in this class.

 
 
 
 

BACK HANDSPRING

This is the perfect class for athletes looking to build strong fundamentals,
body control, core strength, and knowledge of tumbling forms and shapes. Athletes will progress from general strength building to back/front walkover skills and how to build power in shapes and angles.

 
 
 
 

CHEER FUNDAMENTALS

Our Cheerleading classes are run in sessions and not eligible for the trial membership. These 7-12 weeks sessions run year-round.
